Server errors are normally issues with the network or Bluetooth
If you've got Viv working but suddenly get a server error, the most likely reason is that your network is preventing the Viv app from connecting through the internet to our Viv system.
First, check your Bluetooth is on to ensure that everything is connected locally.
Secondly, try a different network (Wi-Fi, or mobile phone network) and see if that fixes the issue.
If you have a Wi-Fi network with security settings, it could be preventing Viv from connecting. Normally in your broadband settings you can 'whitelist' connections - i.e allow them regardless of security settings. How to do this will depend on your internet provider but try whitelisting:
