My data is slow to load, how can I fix this?

If your data or Viv line is slow to load, you may need to reinstall the Viv app

If you're finding that your data is increasingly slow to load, or that your Viv line takes a while to show on your app, you may need to reinstall the Viv application.

To do this, delete the Viv application from your phone. If you get a prompt asking if you want to delete the data, confirm with YES or DELETE.

Now reinstall the Viiv application, you'll have to go through the sensor set up again but we've found this solves most issues around lagging or slow data showing.
