My Viv kit hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Average dispatch times are 5 days.
When your kit is ready to be dispatched you'll receive an email notification, and updates as it's in transit . Currently because of the Viv shut down situation if you haven't received a tracking code then its unlikely that your kit will be delivered.
